Shipping Policy

We proudly offer free shipping on orders over $95 CAD across Canada for our NFC-enabled Review Cards and Tapelio Stands. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Schedule
Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET, UTC-05:00, Toronto) Monday through Friday are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET, or on weekends and public holidays, will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping Destinations and Carriers
We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. All orders are fulfilled from our facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post and UPS.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Canada: 2–5 business days

• United States: 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to weather, customs delays, or carrier service disruptions beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (if available). You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery via the carrier’s website.

Free Shipping Threshold
Orders over $95 CAD (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below this amount may be subject to standard shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We take care to ensure your order is packaged securely. However, Tapelio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If an issue arises, please contact us at info@tapelio.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
